Manifest Love: Self love, Partner love, Family relationships

Why does love hurt?

Why does love hurt? When we live, we open up a part of our being that is usually “guarded”. The idea of letting someone within that space can produce fear, excitement, doubts and conflict. Love is the ultimate goal in life. Either self-love or self acceptance of our whole being, love with a partner or simply loving relationships with others. It all goes back to the main principle of Love. It is a frequency, a vibration that we carry with us at all times. We are either receptive to it or we are closed to it. When we close ourselves to the frequency of love we do not allow our spirits to evolve in the ethereal plane. We must uplift and release the chains that confine us and restrict us from loving freely. Yes, it can hurt, but it will ultimately free us and allow us to raise our vibration into higher planes of our existence.

When we do this, everything else falls into place, for we move from a center of love allowing and not from an emotional “restricted” or emotional “blockage”. Emotional blocks affect the other aspects of our lives as well. Wether we like it or not, or are even aware of them. Nothing within ourselves operate as a separate entity, we are all intertwined. We can begin to untangle and to release little by little when we work with our heart centers and we allow the frequency of love to lead the way.

Love is the great miracle cure. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives.  ~Louise Hay

This is one of the main reasons we created Manifest Love 2019. It is a week long immersion program to learn skills and techniques to deal with remnants of unhealed love. Though guided meditation, Reiki treatments, crystal energy sessions and physical movement we will bring those energies to balance and allow them to be released from our physical, mental and emotional bodies. Healing love is a long process that can be doable with proper support and understanding. The most important thing, as with everything is life, is to take the first step.
