These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Danzartes's Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms of service in full. Do not continue to use Danzartes's website if you do not accept all of the terms of service stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms of service.

"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

All reservations should be made through our website. Once we receive the first deposit or full payment of the services, Danzartes will render the service. Reservations can be scheduled from 4 months up to 24 hours prior. Reservations must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The customer agrees to inform "Danzartes" of any class, workshop, or appointment cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment takes place. If informed in less than 24 hours, Danzartes could deny the rescheduled time and the appointment/class or workshop could be forfeit. The customer agrees to inform "Danzartes" to fulfill the full amount of the services before the last day of the duration of the program.

CHECK-IN:

We expect you to be on time for your appointment, so we can better serve you. We do understand that life happens and we are flexible. Please inform us at least 1 hour prior if you are running behind your scheduled check-in time.

FACILITIES:

Due to Covid all of our services are provided remotely, unless otherwise established. Once it is safe to venture out Danzartes will provide a physical space where students and clients can receive our services.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you think you have a condition that may prevent you from utilizing our services, please consult a licensed medical professional before booking our services. Please note that we are certified professionals in holistic wellness and dance, not in the medical field. Our services should not be a substitute for medical advice.

Unless otherwise stated, Danzartes and/or it's licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Danzartes. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
