Manifest Yoga Retreat! Puerto Vallarta, 2018

What is it to Manifest? Why is it important?

To manifest is to put your highest and truest desires in the Universe, to let it know that you are ready to undertake the path that was designed for you in this earth.
— Yasmar Cruz, Director of Danzartes

To manifest is to put your highest and truest desires in the Universe, to let it know that you are ready to undertake the path that was designed for you in this earth. Or to simply create what you want in your life. It is a process and it requires dedication, discipline, clarity of mind, trust and confidence. Everyone can do it, but not everyone is ready to. For it is to keep an unwavering desire to accomplish what might not seem possible, and uphold to that inner strength regardless of the incidents that are happening in front of you.

How was Puerto Vallarta? Day 1: To say it was amazing is to diminish the significance of all the events taking place. Our first day was a little troublesome, as they “couldn’t find” our reservations for the hotel. Even though we had confirmed it a month prior, and the night before. There were several hours invested in addressing this particular inconvenience. Why do I mention it? Because it is important for us to know and to remember that things are going to happen, that there will be some hurdles along the way and it is normal because we cannot control everything. Even when we are meticulous to the last detail. And because we could practice patience and the ability to always look for alternative ways for achieving something. This was our first task on our drive from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta. After all, the moment we arrived at the hotel everything was resolved and they had the rooms ready for us. It was not only me dealing with the situation, but other retreat participants as well. It took all of us to start the motor that would unfold an exciting week of sun bathing afternoons, yoga, cultural tours and happy memories.
